Scheduling and contacting you for the Ahura PoC, and product-related notifications.
3. Categories of Personal Data
Company name, contact person, phone number, email address, industry.
4. Period, Region, Recipients and Means of Use
Period: from collection until the purpose ceases or you request deletion. Region: stored in the Company's on-premises systems in Taiwan; no cross-border transfer, never shared with third-party marketing platforms. Recipients: Company personnel necessary for the above purpose only. Means: email or phone for PoC scheduling and product notifications.
5. Your Rights
You may request access, copies, correction or supplementation, cessation of collection/processing/use, and deletion of your data (per Taiwan PDPA Art. 3; EU visitors also enjoy GDPR rights). Contact: [email protected].
6. Consequences of Not Providing Data
Provision is voluntary; without it, the Company cannot arrange your PoC session or contact you.
